Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs is a yoga therapy course specifically designed for lower back pain. It’s a ground breaking course because of its attention to all aspects of back health and the in-depth research conducted on it, to look at the effect of this yoga course versus usual GP care (University of York and Versus Arthritis). This showed that Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs led to greater improvements in back function in a safe way. Follow up research showed that it reduced participant’s time off work and had a positive return on investment (ROI Public Health Englamd report here).

The course has been taught to many people to support all kinds of back conditions. It is gentle yoga and is suitable for people with additional health needs, such as fibromyalgia and fatigue conditions.
