One to one
One to one yoga lessons can provide a programmme to meet your personal needs in tune with changes in your life. They are ideal if you have individual needs not catered for in a class or need something more flexible timewise. It is a good way to develop a more individual or frequent yoga practice and can include yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation.
Lessons are conducted individually and a practice sheet is provided for use at home between lessons.
Lessons are arranged on a flexible basis and are often more convenient for people who can not make a specific weekly timeslot.
