Postnatal Yoga for mothers and babies (6 weeks to crawling)
Using yoga is a wonderful way for releasing tension, strengthening and stretching the body.
The class uses gentle yoga postures, movement and breathing to assist recovery after pregnancy and birth. This can help develop confidence in movement and body awareness as well as practical steps for relaxation.
It also includes guiding your baby through movement encouraging flexibility and strength for their development.
