Postnatal Yoga for mothers and babies (8 weeks to crawling)
Using yoga is a wonderful way for releasing tension, strengthening and stretching the body.
The class uses gentle yoga postures, movement and breathing to assist recovery after pregnancy and birth. This helps strengthen the body post-pregnancy and improves body awareness and alignment as well as using practical steps for relaxation.
The class includes guiding your baby through movement, to encourage flexibility and strength for their development.
