Yoga Retreat Day

Come and enjoy a retreat day in the viniyoga tradition. Take time and space away from day-to-day pressures to reconnect body, breath and mind for a sense of wholeness through yoga practice.
The day will include yoga techniques and theory to sustain a sense of balance in our lives both during and after the day.
