Workshops at Missenden Abbey
Yoga is ancient wisdom for modern life. These workshop, in the beautiful surroundings of Missenden Abbey, use Yoga for the mind and body; including Yoga postures, work with breathing and meditative practice.
We will learn how key Yoga ideas can give us a better understanding of how to live well - staying healthy, feeling relaxed and being present.

26 May - The Yoga of Meditation with Jane Slemeck
