Barbara teaches one to one lessons, yoga classes, yoga therapy and mother and baby yoga in the Amersham area. She holds a diploma qualification from the British Wheel of Yoga and is a registered Practitioner with the association of Yoga studies (aYs). 
Weekly Monday afternoon class at St. Edmund Campion Catholic Church, Cedar Avenue, Hazlemere is on at 1-2.30pm.
 
The weekly Monday evening class at St. Georges Church Hall, White Lion Rd, Amersham is on at 8 - 9.30pm.
 
Postnatal yoga for mothers and babies is on Friday mornings at 10.15 - 11.15am  at St John's Methodist Church, Amersham.
